Yeah, I'm guessing HR underperformed and given this one is even more niche (given the Accel World focus) they didn't want to take a gamble on it.
Asia is normally alright for this kinda stuff, but Vita is getting increasingly less focus even there. Still, Bamco are releasing Super Robot Wars V there on Vita in English in February, so I'm hopeful.
