Nintendo easily, look at the Switch accessories prices. Pokemon X/Y is still the same $40 since launch in Canada, which is absurd
I think Microsoft is also guilty, but recent steps like selling Xbox one S at a loss, and Backwards compatibility have been quite good. Rare replay is usually $9.99 even in Canada, which is astronomical value.
Bet with Intrinsic:
