~ S.Peelman's Top 50 Best Video Games of All Times 2016: ~
When a game spans multiple consoles, only those I played the game on are mentioned. Also, the one that makes the game eligable for entry (read: usually the one I played the most), is in bold. The year of release is based on the PAL releases of the original game, which really only really makes a difference in a handful of older games.
This year there will be two new entries in the list (*). These however aren't new games per-se. Aside from those, there are four games that return (R) to the list. This means that six games are different compared to last year. Most of the rest of the list has been shuffled to suit my updated feelings about all these games.
