The only game I'd score a 10 out of 10 so far is Bloodborne, though Uncharted 4 would also have been a ten if there had just been a few more shooting sections. There have been a ton of solid games so far this gen, and I have an abundance of games to play, but they haven't quite hit that classic status like so many did early on last gen. Bioshock, Mass Effect, Uncharted 2, MGS 4, were all amazing, as was Super Mario Galaxy. 

 

To be fair, this gen has produced a number of games I see as 9s, Ratchet & Clank, Until Dawn, Alien Isolation, Shadow of Mordor (I thought the combat was great), Titanfall, MKX, Soma, amongst others...

Glad to see another fan of Shadow of Mordor and SOMA
