With regards to third parties, you have it backwards. You have been narrowing down third parties to the ones released on the wii u whereas I'm trying to say that that's not a fair representation of all third parties out there. Call of duty with virtually no dlc on the wii u does not properly represent the success that other third parties would have had, and I gave overwatch and rocket league as examples of this. Nintendo's first party studios dominating on the wii u mean nothing since there is a pitiful amount of third party support on the wii u. It's a hollow victory since they basically win by default |
I'm adding in the Wii too. What you wanna look at gamecube's numbers 1st party vs 3rd? Go ahead, it's pretty much the same story, 7 first party titles take the top slots, and then sprinkled with some third and first below that.
