Weird, i heard more people saying the opposite, because the trailer doesnt really show most of things you can do in this world like the gameplay did, and is that huge sense of interactivity and freedom what makes this feels so great.

It is even more impressive when they said that all they showed was only a 2% of the game and they have also omited NPCs and towns in the area, imagine if they show the whole thing.

It really comes down to few things, climbing being first. As much as I liked the idea at first, I soon realized that it's just (IMO) way too overpowered - it would make prefect sense if Zelda was RPG, where you would actually have to decide to spend skill points into climbing and to sacrifice wearing heavier armor for that ability, but here it seemed (to me at least) like it's making (what already seems like) very easy game, even easier. Combine that with hang-gliding and it almost felt like I'll have to restrict myself not to use it as much as possible (similar to power armor in Fallout 4).

Second thing would probably be tech-fantasy mash up. Now while I generally like that stuff (it reminded me of RPGs of the old) and I was excited after the Link's waking sequence, after actually watching some of the shrine gameplays I thought that artistically tech segments were quite blend and not very appealing (again, to me).

Finally, open world seemed kinda fun, but still fairly empty, both when it comes to enemies and terrain features...it doesn't help that I was constantly waiting for Link to find some cave as well, but alas, none was to be found.

All in all, I still like it, still excited about it, but honestly I had too much mixed feelings to really love what I saw.

Climbing is limited by stamina though, in fact is the only reason why I dont dislike the return of stamina, once is over you fall no matter how high you were climbing so you need to calculate.

I liked the look of the shrines but even if you dont, remember those are not dungeons, dungeons would probably look way better. Is normal than those shrines are not super detailed inside where there 100 in the world, I guess, it seems they focused more on the puzzles there.

And again, 2% of the game with ommited npcs, villages and dungeons, if only what they showed looks already that fun, imagine the whole thing.
