Really now. Yeah, Metroid games are always under-detailed, as are Zelda games right? And don't even try to use Wind Waker as an example. A colorful game for sure, but under-detailed? Maybe if you close your eyes. Mario games are colorful, but detailed to no end. I'm tired of hearing people bitch that Nintendo makes games that don't try to look like real life, as if it were easier to make those games. There's more polish in most Nintendo games than most other games.

Get an imagination and some security in your masculinity, so you don't end up playing only life-like shooters to keep your self-image intact. (And I play life-like shooters too, the interesting ones; I just don't ONLY play them, since I also love the colorful fantasy element of many Nintendo games. Resurrect your inner child.)

 That is why I said almost.   Zelda and metroid are exceptions.
God of war looks a lot more detailed than MT and Zelda;
