Handheld CONSOLE! However, I previously  said: surpassing ps2 and become third best selling gaming device in Japan, exactly for the reason, of some people not  considering 3ds  to be a console but handheld... lol As I said, hadheld is an attribute/epithet to characterize a general term... Console, computer, camera, tv... e.t.c

As for the second part, yes! Both with 11-12m more sales than it!
