Metroid Prime 4 with Unreal Engine 4, made by a team as talented as Retro, supervised by them, with online multiplayer as a bonus. That's it. 
Now the realistic game I want to see? Zelda U/X... I know it will happen, but I really want a real trailer with some story, diverse gameplay and places.
