Spot on with this post. If gamers are going to claim the XB1 has no exclusives because another MS format can play them, then its clear the PS4 games are also playable on another Sony format which is the Neo. So its a double edge sword and rightfully so. I don't need a PS4 if I can own a Neo just like you don't need an XB1 if you own Win10.

The sad truth is not all XB1 games are playble on Win10, while all PS4 games will be playable on the Neo.

Not necessarily. A computer can run Win10....but can it play the games Xbox can? This is a question of whether the PC has the tech to do so. Because most stock PCs can run these AAA games, at minimum settings if your lucky.

But theres another question......do people even care to play on PC, even if they have Win10? There are millions upon millions of gamers that are strictly  console only. PC gaming just isn't for them. Xbox One is simply more convienent to set up, likely cheaper to play the games you want, and MS is always releasing amazing bundles for Xbox. Maybe these gamers don't want to be apart of the still-present stigma that comes with being a PC gamer.

Point being, having Win10 doesn't mean you aren't in the market for a console, and there are perks to dual Xbox/Win 10 ownership.
