Windows 10 will not be running the same code as the Xbox One version in the near future, plain and simple ... (Go ask the developer's about the technical details.)
No PS5 game will run on any PS4's will remain true ... 
Fact of the matter is PS4K =/= new console, PS4K = new SKU ...
