No, absolutely not. People prescribing themselves ESPECIALLY Penicillin, and other anti-biotics is how we get resistant strains of illnesses. Streamline the doctors visit process, sure. But, self-prescribing things like anti-biotics and other medications, no. Don't agree with that at all.
