The problem is shortage of doctors. My wife developed pneumonia March 15th or so, it took more than 2 weeks to see her own doctor. Before that we sat in the ER waiting room for 3 hours for a 30 second evaluation to end up with the usual antibiotics, they didn't do anything for having trouble with breathing.
She still has problems with a heavy chest feeling and has now finally got an appointment for a specialist May 20th.

Pharmacists could make that 30 second judgment too. It's always the same, try antibiotics first, come back if it doesn't get better.
