I ignoring Megadrive comparison because we first talked about Xbox 360 not about Megadrive. NX and Megadrive comparison is similar, because Megadrive was released 3 years after NES same like NX will be released 3 years after PS4/X1, but again that was in 3. generation of consoles we are now in 8. generation of consoles so you really can't compare 3. and 8. generations, also NX will be released 3 years after two strong competitors were launched. If Nintendo wants NX have chance to succeed in middle of generation with sucha popularity of PS4, VR arriving, X1 solid sales, NX need to have great marketing, good price point, great launch and 1st year lineup, good support, something new (maybe that unified platform, or some sort of gimmick)....all that combine, Nintendo needs to do whatever is necessary to maximise chances for success of NX in such circumstances, they especially need to that after their worst selling console because they can't afford another faile of that level.

I think that Nintendo will have big title for next holiday season despite 3D Mario and Zelda, I don't see nothing illogical in that. At end, I think 3D Mario and Zelda will be launch titles and that will be great move, I also think Nintendo will have good 1st year support despite they will release 3D Mario and Zelda at launch, you dont think like and thats OK, so I really don't see what you trying to proof.

Why can't we compare gen 3 and 8? Because you're unable to argue against the example? You're ignoring it simply because it proves the point and can't be be argued against, NES had a monopoly on the market in Gen 3 and yet Megadrive doing to same thing NX is going to do broke it, in fact Sega had a harder task back then and they did that by a long term plan after launch and not a big bang.

It's illogical when you throw in further assumptions to fill in holes in your stance and also it's prove not proof, you're the one who replied to me and keeps replying so obviously it's you trying to prove something.
