First I would build an online platform that would unify consoles, handhelds, and mobile gaming all into a single network. Chat, game streaming, and cross platform purchase implementation are a must.

At this point, Nintendo is going to struggle getting third party support for any console they release. Third party games have not sold overly well on Nintendo home consoles since the SNES. To combat this situation I would acquire/or work out major licensing deals with both Sega and Capcom. Both have huge catalogs of IP's that have been sitting idle for years. It would provide Nintendo with some much needed variety and provide some nostalgia as well.

I would release the entire VC onto mobile platforms. The amount of revenue generated could be a potential winfall for Nintendo.

I wouldn't mess with the handheld business too much. I would release another handheld in the next couple years that ditched the 3-D, upped the processing power and battery life, but stayed backwards compatible.
