Well I think it's even funnier when the "Wii Fanboi's" get they're collective panties in a bunch when a game geared for an HD console doesn't get ported to the Wii. You guys want it to be in the same demographic so you can claim the superiority on hardware sales, but the PS3/360 aren't fighting for Wii games, the Wii wants ports from the HD consoles, but I have yet to hear a PS3/360 fanboy lash out for No more Hero's or Zack and Wiki. (I chose two big hit 3rd party titles seeing as how we all understand trying to get 1st party on another console). Until 3rd party software stops selling on the PS3 and 360, I don't see a shift ever happening to the Wii, it will have it's exclusives, we will have ours.
If you ask me they really are in two different markets. However, I do understand where some overly inflated ego's are concerned, the Wii to me is the generation benchmark, and it only really lashes out from people constantly talking endlessly about the Wii being "unstoppable!!! LOLZ!!! DS GAINS 48567% MARKET SHARE" I mean seriously if we'd stop putting the Wii on the pedestal, we'd probably have far less people trying to reach it.
Every time I come to this site, I compare the sales of the 360 and the PS3, seeing as whoever ultimately wins that one, wins the 3rd party support (for HD consoles) and dictates which console gets the ports. When I'm really wanting the Wii ports, I'll consider them a threat and hope that the PS3 can beat them out in market share, but until then I hope the best for they're more active video game lifestyle :P and encourage they're sales to skyrocket. The more Americans that get they're hands on Wii-fit the better xD
