I said I know because... I'll be honest. I dreamt about it last week. It seemed like a message from the future, it felt soo real... So yeah i don't really"know" but I really "belive"/"feel" it's coming.
Also I didn't specify when... And we know that every DQ game comes to a handheld console eventually. So it's just a matter of time. You could also replace 3DS with NX (even IOS), either way it's coming to a handheld console.
