No it is even undertracked with china release, you have to considere the 1.4 million shipement last quarter, and for 2014 you have to considere the 2Miliion shipement in the quarter of the ps vita slim release which has been sold in 2014

Psp +ps vita 2013 shipement 4.1 m

Psp +ps vita 2013 shipement 3.3 m

vgchartz psvita 2014 2.4 million 

so a difference of almost 2 million, psp was discountinued in 2014 --> ~1.8Millon psp shiped in 2013, which is extremly wrong ( 4.1 -1.8= 2.3 for the vita) at best 500k
