Nintendo......................

If you price a game released 5 year ago, today and it's still sold at full price, you my friend are most def, screwing your customers over./.......

But on the other hand, it also says allot about the consumer that pays full price for a game that was released 5 years ago.......... HuuuM

They can only do it because the games keep selling. Price is determined by supply and demand curves. If supply increases price goes down, if demand increases prices go up, if supply and demand increase it depends on the magnitude of the relative increases.  Nintendo games have strong legs (long term demand), and therefore their prices remain high. If their long-term demand were less then they'd drop price very quickly.
