Which ones do you mean?
Only NES Remix comes to my mind, and yeah, 40 € for the 3DS version was weird.
Smash 3DS isn't merely a port of the Wii U version.
Mario vs. DK has crossbuy.
They should make it for Virtual Console games, though.
