I'm only talking about the FF franchise. And I'm only talking about the FF franchise since the PS3 era. All the games I listed are not exclusive to one platform.

XIII trilogy - PS3, 360
XIV - PS3, PS4, PC
XV - PS4, XBO

I'm saying I think it won't be exclusive to PS4. Whatever other platform it comes to is irrelevant to my point, be it PS3, PSV, PC, X360, WiiU, or whatever. Based on other remakes, it will probably be PS3, PSV, PS4.
However, we are getting sidetracked here, your original point was when you implied that FFXII HD would do 2.5M and FFX/X2 HD would do 1.5M on PS4. I don't think the former is possible unless it is exclusive to the platform. I don't believe it will be exclusive hence, I don't think it will do 2.5M on PS4 alone. I also don't think X/X2 will sell better than it did on PS3 like you suggested.
For the record, I would love to eat crow on both of those predictions.
