Resident Evil was not a shooter/action game.

All we will have are farses, disgusting TPS charades named Resident Evil, but could very well be called Gears of War.

RE HD is a great game, but it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, a taste of something that is gone, and will never be again...

True. Have you never played any older RE games before?

Unfortunately it is what it is now. It is far less of a puzzle/adventure/horror game and more of an action sequence game now. It's not necessarily bad, just different.
