I can tell the difference between 720p/900p/1080p or 30fps/60fps pretty damn easily... :p They aren't necessary to my enjoyment, but i certainly notice and value their inclusion (the former more than the latter in most cases though).

Just because you can't, doesn't mean others can't. Not unless you mean to imply that you are a being above common men, and anything you can't do is truly impossible for the rest of us? ^^
