I would think they will definitely have some Splatoon footage to keep pushing that game.
Other than that there are a few things I'd be hopeful for (Though I'm certain it's fairly unlikely)
1)Metroid for 3DS and/or WiiU. If they actually have a surprise planned I think this would be it, it's just been too long since Metroid has even been mentioned.
2) Zelda. It's time to see something new, though I think we'll have to wait a few months before anymore new clips/screenshots.
3)Star Fox U. They didn't want to show anything at all for this for E3 and I do believe they were still trying to hook a developer to help with the game, so I can't imagine it will be there, but you never know.
I just hope at least 1 of these things happen :(
