In my opinion, it doesn't matter if it is two females -> 16 year old guy, or two males -> 16 year old girl; just like it doesn't matter whether it's two females and a young lady, or two males and a male student.
Ethics of Teacher/student aside (Just fire the teachers for sleeping with their student; that's the biggest punishment they should receive), it is legal to have sex with 16-year-old as long as everyone gives consent. They had it? Then what's the problem? |
This took place in the USA though this is punishable by life in prison i had to break up with my 15 year old girlfriend when i graduated because of it even if you pick up a girl from the bar in the US and she says shes 21 and i end up doing it with her i later find out shes 17 two months away from her birthday i can still serve some time in prison even though she lied about her age i know these laws sound stupid but if there in play the should affect all parties and not just a specific group of individuals
