Why isn't Israel heavily sanctioned? (Double Standards!)

Think of what North Korea is to China here in Asia and that's what Israel is to the US for the Middle East.

As for Russia there was no conflict in Ukraine to begin with and then Putin started flexing his muscle. So they deserve to be sanctioned one way or another.
