Will the new 3DS be called 3DSi?

I think the name will remain "New Nintendo 3DS". The 'i' in DSi referred to it's internet capabilities, which the 3DS obviously already has so it wouldn't make much sense to name it 3DSi.

The name probably won't be used on anything besides the retail box of the system though, or in Nintendo's financials where it mentions 3DS sales numbers with "of those New 3DS".

I'm coining the the abbreviation "N3DS" as of now. Let it be known .
