Anyone else's Wii U keep disconnecting from the router for no reason?

Have to reset the router and not the Wii U? The latter happens to me once in a while (but unlike yours, i know it's my landlord's router, as it does the same thing to my laptop once in a while). Usually just powering down the Wii U and turning it back on fixes it.
