No its his entire production crew making this. He himself is just overseeing it, not directly writing or directing it, but its his entire crew that he uses for his films.

So, you're saying that he didn't even bother showing up.  :) jk

But I know of the director, he is Croatian, and he is just a paint-by-the-numbers plain average director who does an episode or two of various TVshows like Heroes, Prison Break or Under the Dome.

I'm just saying, don't get hyped too much, this will most probably end up a B-grade SyFy series, nothing more.
