Looks like a generic SyFy channel movie with a ton of bland B-List actors put together using an ethnic key. Waiting for an Asian computer expert and a blonde biologist in the follow-up trailer.
My guess the extent of Ridley Scott's involvement is showing up to collect a paycheck for letting them use his name.
