Ugh. I own a PS4 and not an Xbox One but this is the kind of DLC is absolutely despise. It isn't giving more games to a certain platform, rather it's just holding content ransom from the other platform.
Hate this crap. Why not use the money (which is probably a ridiculous amount) to fund another small scale game? Or just take all the money from the different timed exclusive 3rd party content (Watch Dogs, AC, Destiny, etc) and fund another big budget game.
