In Most States the Government Cannot tax digital goods. So by default a 60 dollar game is 5 about dollars cheaper. Now, you won't have to spend the gas to go get that game either. That is another few dollars in savings. The most you can get back from turning a physical copy to gamestop is a dollar or two. Digital is much cheaper! Go digital!

You need to mention the resell value of Physical copy.

You can share a physical copy. If you share a physical copy with friend and familly, you're increasing the perceived value from your purchase.

Digital is also much cheaper to deliver to customer than physical copy, yet they still sell for the same price as the retail copy.

Digital is a rip off, Sony - Microsoft don't want to compete with retailers as not to offend them. Nintendo is the only one that at least give a digital deluxe promotion.
