ioi is an Xbox defender & I wouldn't rule out that he is trying to make it look stronger than it really is, not only because he is a fan of the product but also to try keep interest in the sales battle between Xbone & PS4.  If PS4 was clearly winning according to VGC numbers people might stop checking this site every week, but the obviously wrong numbers are kind of backfiring in that they are destroying VGchartz already shaky credibility.
