Well yeah it changed the quality of the video. I paused the video and the pointer (looked like windows 7 ) just stayed there until i unpaused the video, i took a screenshot and a video though just to check i wasnt dreaming or going crazy.


Are you sure it wasn't inside the video? 

nope just watched again and it did not happen plus it was a full 1080p and I dont think the uploader would lower the quality in the middle of the video twice.
