9. Spamming. Spam, or multiple short replies in a row without any substance, is not allowed. Explain and justify your opinions. If you have nothing to add to a topic, then go to another topic and post in there instead. Similarly, even if it's well defended, repeating your opinion about a console or game multiple times is also spamming.

This thread isnt a thread to post about anything you like, this thread is a thread to talk about PlayStation. Organise time to play games with eachother. SHare cool new PS news. It isnt a thread to post funny gifs and pictures that not only have nothing to do with PlayStation, but at times have nothing to do with gaming in general. People visit these threads for PS/ Gaming related news, not to be overwhelmed with stupid images and gifs every other post.

Banter between users, sure. I can dig that. Pointless, off topic spam? Nah. Ill kill that off. The Nation threads can be a good place for gaming discussion. Things like this, which usually wouldnt pass for a successful thread, can be posted here and be seen by a whole bunch of people. On the other hand, things like this... This... This... This... This... This... This... This and this (I could go on) simply arent needed in any thread. Its nothing but spam and believe it or not, it ruins the thread for others.

Another thing. Pezus, while he is the thread creator and has done a damn good job with the thread, doesnt dictate the rules. Like he put in the OP, normal forum rules apply with this thread just as they apply with any other thread. You do not decide the rules.

Any more rules/ bans talk goes in the official thread from this post onwards. If you wanna discuss it further, take it there.

Considering that Pezus is the one who created the thread and he agreed with us to make this a thread that is about PlayStation fans having a place to just chat and talk about what they want, not just about PlayStation, you'd have to take that up with him. Unless you mods want to start walking around and telling people what the thread they created for a group is supposed to be about. Especially long running threads like this that we established quite a while ago wasn't just about talking about PlayStation stuff. If you guys want to get all hard and start banning people for spam that is mostly meant for harmless fun, then whatever. However, telling us what our thread is supposed to be about... I don't think there's a rule that allows you to walk in and dictate that. I'm done with this discussion.
