(Walkthrough) Infamous Paper Trail Investigation

Part 4:

1. (in game) 

Find the white rabbit! You must chase cecilia near the space needle and pick up a dove she leaves for you.

2. (online)

Examine the dove and retrieve the FAN # at the bottom: 9990 208 1435 enter this number into the DUP/intranet

it's a memo about lifeline, and gives you the lifelinepurity.com address to access later, but first you must find the password.

on that same memo there is another FAN# (6275 111 1459) for evidence you must piece together to find the previously mentioned password.

I do reccomend viewing the website first as it will show you how the bottom of the evidence should be set up and that will make it easier to piece together. hint: lifeline goes on the left, and right above that part should be a 10 digit number that will serve as a password for the lifelinepurity.com website to access the top forum topic. 

The password might be randomized this is the one I got: 1065789867

After unlocking the topic you can watch the video and then click the link in the last topic it will show you a picture of a location in the game. The area shown is in the MARKET DISTRICT near the shore line (about a block north)

Clicking the link for the map mentioned above will unlock the next part.

3. (in game)

You must travel to the area depicted in the picture shown on the lifelinepurity.com forum, and you actually have to go back to the webpage to view it. The location is in the Market District. Once there a white circle will appear on the map (behind the neon signs) and there you will find a protest and about 8-10 cops who are guarding the area. So if you are on an evil playthrough have some fun with them. The main objective however, is to find ID tags for the 8 victims in body bags. Walk up to each body bag and hit the touch pad to retrieve the ID tag. There are two groups of 2 body bags and 1 group of 4 body bags. Once you've collected them send the information to paper trail, and get ready for the hardest part of the mission this week!

 

4. (online)

examine the ID tags! See those 11 boxes at the bottom with red dots on some of them? and some look like numbers... that's right you need to compile all the corresponding boxes together in order to retrieve a FAN # to use on the intranet. If you want to do it yourself I reccomend using excel which is what I did for this part. However, you can also just skip viewing all those dog tags and enter this number into the intranet: 02240835619

Upon examining FAN# 02240835619 you will find some other FAN#'s one is cecilia's file which has already been viewed and is referenced a lot. So you can view all the files you come up with:

from 1025 5 211 988 you should be able to piece together a phone message puzzle with an id number which is random.

use that id number in deslin's phone and prepare for the last in game mission for this week's paper trail.

5 (in game)

track down the dirty DUP trying to sell off a list of conduits, you can either subdue or execute him, and pick up the files. Then submit to papertrail to complete the mission.

6.(online)

view the files you picked up in the last part and anxiously wait for part 5.
