Because of whiny babies. Even a free game and $100 isn't good enough for some. They will still cry about Kinect being included. Of course most of the whiners had no intention in buying one in the first place, but that is overlooked, due to mob mentality.
So lets thank the whiners who kept bashing it. We now have free Titanfall and eventually $100 off. Maybe the bashing will have a negative effect on their agenda and actually make Xbone a success.
