I´d choose the PS4 but wait untill Sony resolves their build quality issues (plastic case and analogue sticks)...and there are not many interesting games on there at the moment.
In the meantime, are you interested in handhelds ? The 3DS and Vita both have bucketloads of fantastic games on them.
