I don't think XB1 will be able to outsell PS4 during Titanfall release week with PS4 doing much better in EU so far and it will be available in Japan then, So it's hard to say if XB1 will outsell PS4 worldwide that week
To me it looks more likely that PS4 will still outsell XB1 worldwide because of the PS4's advantage in Europe at the moment and it being out in Japan by then. I do think that it will probably outsell PS4 in NA that week though.
