So from what I saw Ninty should launch WiiU2 so gen9 starts and WiiU is the winner of the 8th gen.

About the baby boomers your analogy was weak. To say that because baby boomers are still alive equals baby boomers age is the same as 7th gen consoles being produced is wrong. Your comparison would be baby boomers alive = baby boomers age is analagous to there is atari still working so it's atari era which you are right to say is wrong. The equivalent to 7th gen hw being produced = 7th gen era still on would be baby boomers still borning = there is still a baby boomer era and it would make sense. There is even those people you say that doesn't seem to be from this age.

About the leap comparison all released WiiU games are void and mario can't be used because it didn't push Wii or WiiU capabilities (even though if they average the same use of processing Power they could be used to compare) yet you pick KZ3 (one of the best graphics on ps3) and KZSF (a launch title that don't push ps4). Why didn't pick alone in the dark vs FFXV trailer to show ps4 leap?

And to say ps4/bone won't improve because they're off the shelf is to ignore customization and tweak and pretend they are close to use all capabilitie. They may be easier and inprovement be fast, but that doesn't equal small.

And about not being a clear division. Can WiiU do raycast? 7.1 Dd? Competitive Mp? Track head movements? We can keep going. You are just wishfullying hoping devs will care about WiiU small userbase and dumb down their game... Even tough they haven't done it when wii were dominating or when sony first entered the market without a single console sold.

If there isn't separation between wiiu and ps4/xbone why would there be with ps360? Because you used this excuse for bad ports (different architeture) and forgot WiiU architeture is different from ps4/xbone. And what is worst is that WiiU was easier to program than ps3 but will be harder than ps4. But why would you care since ninty supporters doesn't buy many 3rd parties?
