It's not just pure opinion though.  It's looking objectively at the actual games being released.   Thus far for 2014 -- Microsoft  big hitter exclusives are looking like (Sunset Overdrive, Project Spark, Titanfall) ?     I believe that (Infamous : SS,  The Order 1886,  MLB : The Show,  DriveClub,   Most likely a game like Deep Down)  is simply a stronger list of varied exclusives and could probably back it up with numbers if I cared enough.    

You disappoint me. Titanfall, Project Spark, Quantum Break, Black Tusk's Game, Sunset Overdrive, Fable Legends, and Halo 5 is a very strong list, even with me not naming all of the exclusives just because you'll throw around that whole opinion thing again.
