It can't be one of the FFXV sequels as that would mean they're making both FFXV and FFXV-2 at the same time. That's way too much work for one team (Nomura's team). It's for more reasonable to believe that another team (Ito's tam) is using Luminous Studio for FFXVI. After all, SQEX want to start getting one mainline FF game out at least once every two years, spin-offs and sequels not included.
