Buying Sony isn't just like buying a division of Nokia.
The market cap of sony may only be $18.9B, the price of the purchase will be way beyond that.
And the question is if it will be profitable for the buyer at the end.
I don't think it will benifit them.
Also the question is if Japan will let this happen, considering they are very nationalistic and MS already had some trouble with the Nokia purchase from the EU.
