I also understand the other side of this. Nintendo could have shaved 180 bucks off the Wii U and just made a regular controller like EVERYBODY ELSE and made crazy profit. If Nintendo lives to sell another console in 2020, believe me... they won't make the same mistake. Let's just hope the new Zelda proves us wrong and gives us a real reason to experience the pad.

Let's just hope it won't take them until Q4 2017 to release said Zelda, 5 years is simply FAR too long to spend on development *cough*Skyward Sword*cough*

Anything that is in the vein of Skyrim is well worth the wait. The Wii U zelda director noted Skyrim in a Development talk. Skyward sword wasnt' worth the development time, I'll give you that.
