The graphics IMO are better in general, but it's true that sometimes there are some problems.
The IA seems to work better when is behind you, but still acts bad when you're behind because suddenly breaks too much and lets you pass easily.
The sounds are mostly the same as GT5, but some new noises like the Red Bull sound new and a lot better.
In everything else, i share your opinion, but I think graphics and sound can be fixed with a patch, like they did with GT5.
