I don't think they are screwing the vita userbase really...Miku games sell and Miku+ persona is a no brainer for their primary audience which is the JP market. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it outsells the 3ds spin off
On the other hand they know they can release P5 for vita later on and earn more money
