Sigh, Sony has more then enough infrastructure to support cloud gaming, Haikai works great. Any proof?

MS copying Sony confirmed.

I assume you mean Gaikai?

It works great?  Any proof?  No... you have laboratory style demonstrations and light user experiences from pre Sony days.  Show me the proof of Gaika delivering to a tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of concurrent users in a coherent and effective experience...You can't.  YOu say So y has enough capacity?  how much do they have?  (Dont worry, I dont expect an answer, I know that you dont know and you just said it)

MS has far more infrastructure and capacity here, this isn't a weak point scoring exercise or an opinion, its just a big fat fact.  Amazon and MS are miles ahead of anyone else on this.

Now, you can hope Gaikai will work well and you can hope Sony has enough capacity... and they might.  But they dont have as much capacity as MS by a very very long way.

MS copying Sony...? So Sony invented game streaming and virtualisation now?  lmao.

Gaikai has been a well known commodity for a couple years, I have used it and yes, it works flawlessly.

Nothing is stopping Sony from investing or using a service that amazong provides. SM didn;t invent cloud services.

MS is copying sony by using a cloud sreaming tech for backwards compatibility. It is obvious MS never had it planned like Sony has, MS jumped when sony revealed it's plans thus MS is a lot further behind.

1. I used Gaiaki too...  it wasn't what you just said it was, not even close.  Saying that it was flawless is disingenuous at best.  Gaikai never actually got going for one thing.

2. Nothing is stopping Sony from building or renting data space is correct.  But do they have it yet?

3. Its pretty obvious from the well publicised xbox road map that streaming services have been in mind for years from MS and xbox.

Pretty much every tech company has had streaming and cluoud in their road map including Sony....They said years ago cloud and streaming is the future.....

Gaikai was by far the best streamign service when sony bought it, and how well it worked is well publicized. Don't know what you used, but it worked flawlessly, even streamign to tablets worked great (Crysis worked smooth).

Do you know what sony has?

Ms having mroe is really irrelevant. Each company is using the service for different purposes. Much of Ms cloud is going towards windows and other business services, not xbox at all.  Sony will have mroe then enough for what they need, there won't be any difference to the consumer if one has mroe infrastructure then the other.
