I wouldn't, considering Sony's relationship with Rockstar: See PS3 branding/bundle/headsets/etc etc. And they'd have little to lose considering the smaller install base that the next gen consoles will have... Not to mention GTAV is already going to sell bucketloads on the current-gen hardware.
