TW101 at 5K must be a wake-up call for PG : they have to stop their exclusive relationship with Nintendo and address their fans, who are playing on PS360 and preordering PS4/X1, if they want to stay relevant.

Please, enough with this nonsense. There's nothing stopping Sony, Microsoft, or any other publisher from funding a game from Platinum on those consoles if they so desire. If you really were a fan of them as you imply, then you wouldn't be complaining about them having the support of a major publisher, even if it's not on the platform of your choice.

The problem is not there. Platinum games is developping multiplatform games right now but they can't talk about it for some reason. It's so irritating to see them doing Nintendo's communication and turning their back to many of their fans who played Bayonetta or Metal Gear Rising on PS360. And btw, WiiU is expensive and here's a limit to how much one person can support a developer.

I didn't say anything about buying a WiiU or this game to support them. I can understand not being able or even willing to buy every platform out there for the few exclusives you want, as I happen to have a very limited budget for gaming myself. Still, it's obviously unrealistic to expect that all your favorite developers just stick to your platforms of choice, so eventually you're gonna have to make some choices. And just like Sony or Microsoft, Nintendo has every right to fund games from external developers for its platform. As a fan, you could at the very least be glad that Nintendo funded them when others didn't care to. As far as we know, The Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 would not exist without their funding. And as long as they exist, there's the chance of playing them in the future somehow.

I don't think there's anything stopping Platinum from talking about their other projects though... It's just common sense not to talk about other games while you're trying to sell the already announced ones. In any case, if all this is really just about that as you claim, then I think it's a rather petty reason... And it's clearly not what you mentioned in your first post.

By the way, Platinum did have games before on Nintendo platforms: MadWorld and Infinite Space, not to mention the games from Clover Studio. The idea that their fans can only be on Sony/Microsoft platforms and nowhere else is obviously false, not to mention the fact that many of them could also be Nintendo fans, having more than one platform.
