Doesn't matter what M$ says, the conspiracy theorists can only find one answer for themselves = SUPPLY. Of course, M$ could be lying, but they have been pretty straight about everything so far(180's aren't lying). Either way, does it really matter if the launch is staggered? Sony is staggering it's launch too - obviously many more countries. The unfortunate truth is that unless you pre-order, you will have a hard time getting either system anyway.
